FAQ

Yes. We offer licenses compatible with both modern systems and older hardware or legacy environments. Whether you're running the latest version of Windows or need software that works on older versions like Windows 7 or Office 2016, we provide activation keys that suit your system requirements. Compatibility details are clearly stated on each product page.

Each product page on our website includes detailed system requirements such as operating system version, architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), and platform compatibility (Windows or macOS). Before purchasing, simply review the technical specifications to ensure the software is suitable for your device. If you're unsure, our support team is available to help you choose the right version.

Every order includes a step-by-step installation and activation guide, sent by email along with your product key. The guide walks you through downloading, installing, and activating your software. If you need help during setup, our support team is available to assist.

Unless otherwise stated, each license is valid for activation on a single device only. Once activated, it cannot be transferred, reused, or installed on another system. If you need multiple activations or multi-device support, please contact us for bulk options or bind-license availability.

All our products require an internet connection during activation, especially Windows, Office, and antivirus tools. Once activated, many licenses can be used offline, although features like updates or cloud sync may need a connection.

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive everything you need to install and activate your software successfully. This includes a unique product key, a secure download link for the correct version of the software, and a step-by-step installation and activation guide. You’ll also get a VAT-compliant invoice for your records. All of this is delivered digitally by email, usually within minutes of placing your order.

For standard licenses, uninstalling the software or formatting your PC will void the license, and you will need a new one to reactivate. Only bind licenses allow reinstallation and reuse. Be sure to follow the installation guide carefully and use the software version we provide.

A bind license is a type of license that links to your Microsoft account or system hardware, allowing for reinstallation and reactivation on the same device without losing the license. These are the only exception to our one-time activation rule. If a product is a bind license, it will be clearly labeled on the product page.

Retail licenses can be used only once on a single device. If the software is uninstalled or the device is formatted, a new license is required. Bind licenses are tied to your Microsoft account and allow you to download and activate Office as many times as you want on a single device.

First, ensure you've entered the key correctly and followed the installation instructions. If the key still doesn’t activate, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll verify it and either assist with activation or issue a replacement if needed.
