Can I reinstall the software if I change or reset my device?
Our licenses are valid for one-time activation only and cannot be reused after a device is formatted, reset, or if the software is uninstalled. The only exception is for bind licenses, which are tied to your Microsoft account or system and can be reused. If you're unsure about the type of license you’re purchasing, please check the product description or contact us before ordering.
Can I resell the licenses I purchase from Digital License?
If you're interested in reselling, please reach out to us directly. We offer reseller partnership options, including bulk pricing, technical documentation, and flexible supply depending on your market needs. Note: licenses purchased at retail may not be repackaged or resold without prior agreement.
Can I use these licenses for business or commercial purposes?
Yes. All of our licenses are suitable for commercial environments, including use in companies, agencies, and professional workstations. Each license is compliant with vendor terms and eligible for business use, unless specifically labeled for personal use only.
Do I have to use the software provided by Digital License?
Yes. Our licenses are tested and guaranteed to work only with the specific software versions provided in the download links we supply. There are many different builds and editions of software (especially Microsoft Office and Windows), and not all license keys are compatible across versions. If you already have software installed on your device, you may need to uninstall it and reinstall using our official download link to ensure activation works properly.
Do I need specific hardware to use the licenses you provide?
No special hardware is required beyond meeting the minimum system requirements of the software itself. These requirements—such as RAM, processor, and disk space—are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure whether your device is suitable, our team is happy to help you confirm before you buy.

Do you provide physical CDs or USBs?
No, all our products are digitally delivered via email. No CD or USB will be dispatched to your address.
Do you provide proof of authenticity?
Absolutely. Each purchase includes your product key, a VAT-compliant invoice, and a step-by-step activation guide. These confirm your right to use the software legally and serve as documentation for personal or business records.
Do you sell used licenses?
No. We do not sell used, secondhand, or previously activated licenses. All of our products are new, unused, and never previously assigned to another user or device. This ensures full compliance, security, and uninterrupted activation.
